So far so good. Pocketsuite has already added significant value to our company. Before, we built our own scheduling and payment system in-house after trying other systems and failed to truly benefit from them. Pocketsuite allows us to not have to build anything again as well as have all our forms and contracts added to the checkout system whereas before, we lacked the features. Not to mention, their customer service is polite and very quick to respond. Anyway, so far so good!

This app crashes all the time. There's no easy way to book multiple appointments, so for booking a pet sitter twice a day for a week you have to go through the booking flow 14 times. Each time it asks you to revalidate your phone number with a special pin that remains the exact same number every time you do it. Maybe it's good for business owners, but as a client I absolutely dislike using it. Sometimes it is so unusable that I just have to text my pet sitter directly.

I use this app with the Dog Trainer edition and it makes it easier to track earnings, bookings, and more. It can be buggy sometimes but support is typically easy to talk to and explains things well when needed.
So everytime I try to unlock the team feature the app crashes and says bug/ fix error clear cache( which I've done.) Useless if I can't use that feature.. Great idea but needs to fix bug

I liked that ability easily have online forms and policy that can be automated to send when clients book. I don't like the back office. I think it lacks compared to other booking sites. You can't pull out a separate report for product sales so you have to manually add up those sales. To get your actual dollar amount of sales you have to manually add up as well. You can't pull out your top sales clients or most purchased products without manually pulling the information.
